By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or engaging in any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions between  (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and its customers (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).
  • The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Services

  • We deal in aluminium products, including raw materials such as ingots, sheets, coils, extrusions, and specialized architectural or industrial aluminium sections.
  • We also supply wooden and aluminium patterns used in metal casting.
  • All descriptions, specifications, weights, dimensions, and illustrations are approximate and provided for guidance only unless expressly confirmed in writing.

3. Quotations & Orders

  • All quotations are valid for a limited time as specified and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Orders are accepted only upon written confirmation by the Company.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, freight, and handling charges unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms (e.g., advance payment, credit period, or as specified in the invoice).
  • Delayed payments may attract interest charges as per applicable laws.

5. Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to availability, logistics, and external factors beyond our control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to the Client upon dispatch from our premises, even if transport is arranged by the Company.
  • The Company will not be liable for delays due to force majeure events (strikes, natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.).

6. Quality & Warranty

  • The Company ensures that products supplied conform to agreed specifications.
  • Wooden patterns are intended for low-quantity production; aluminium patterns are supplied for high-volume or long-life applications.
  • The Company provides no warranty beyond the quality and specification mentioned in the purchase order or invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Returns & Claims

  • Claims regarding quality, damage, or shortage must be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery.
  • No goods may be returned without prior approval from the Company.
  • Approved returns must be unused and in original condition.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, patterns, drawings, and related intellectual property remain the property of the Company unless otherwise transferred in writing.
  • Clients shall not reproduce, copy, or use such materials for third-party benefit without prior consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
  • Our maximum liability, if established, shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied under the relevant invoice.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata.
